The Hip-Hop Professional would like you to meet Davon Moore (Hampton University)

Q: What’s your major/area of interest and what school do you attend?

A: . Journalism Major/Management Minor at Hampton University


Q: What are some of your current projects or activities that you are engaged in on campus? Also, have you completed any beneficial internships/summer programs?
A:. I am a Co-Facilitaor for the Greer Dawson Wilson Student Leadership Training Program where I am the coordinator for community service in the Hampton Roads Area. I serve as Hampton University Student Government Association Attorney General, ensuring that students know their right and responsibilities on the campus. I’m the weekly segment anchor for 88.1 FM WHOV News radio and WHOV News TV. I have interned for 104.5 FM WTSK The Vine Connection in Washington, NC as a daily personality, and I’ve interned for Cox 11 The View From Hampton U doing research and planning for weekly shows.


Q: How hard is it being a student and balancing the work you do towards your career goal?
A:. Honestly, It is really difficult balancing everything. I keep my purpose and vision forthright so I can keep a balance and know that through it all there will be a greater outcome in the end.


Q:What are your top social media platforms that you use and why? Is there a new social app that has recently launched that u love?
A:My favorite social media app is Instagram. I have used Instagram as a platform to create my brand, which is TheClassFellow my motto is “Class Always in Session” meaning my grind, hard work, personality, appearance is always intact, consistent and classy. Follow me @TheClassyFellow.


Q: What are your goals for the next 3 to 5 years?
A: My goals within the next 3-5 years are to attend graduate school for television management, and follow the plan and path God has set for me.
